Euthanesia Menurut Perspektif Hukum Positif (KUHP)

Abstract

Euthanasia is an act that seeks to eliminate the lives of people or animals with the help of others, both at the request of oneself or others. This Euthanasia act is an act that is against the law (Article 344 of the Criminal Code). The purpose of conducting this research is to examine how a positive legal view (the Criminal Code) towards Euthanasia's actions. The method used is the Library Recearch method, by collecting data through books, mass media and the internet. According to Indonesian law, the implementation of Euthanasia is not justified because it is contrary to positive law, religion and also violates human rights.
