Profil Senyawa Daun Kelor (Moringa Oleifera) Dari Gc-Ms Sebagai Kandidat Ergogenik Antifatigue
Abstract
Fatigue is a body condition that is not optimal due to lack of energy due to excessive and continuous physical activity. This research aims to determine the compounds contained in Moringa oleifera leaves which function as antifatigue. Testing The content of compounds that act as antifatigue was obtained through the GC-MS test. The GC-MS test results obtained 10 metabolite compounds from Moringa oleifera leaves which act as antifatigue, namely neophytadiene; hexadecanoic acid, ethyl ester; phytol; 9,12,15- octadecatrienoic acid, ethyl ester; octadecanoic acid, ethyl ester; linolenic acid; methyl 8,11,14-heptadecatrienoate; squalene; gamma-tocopherol; vitamin E. This research proves that the compounds contained in Moringa oleifera leaves have an antifatigue effect.
