PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PENYULUHAN ANEMIA TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN REMAJA PUTRI

Abstract

Anemia is a condition of a person's body that lacks red blood cells caused by a lack of hemoglobin so that the production of red blood cells is below normal limits. Anemia is mostly found in adolescents. Anemia also interferes with growth, resulting in imperfect height and weight. In addition, the body's resistance will also decrease so it is easier to get sick. Anemia can also lead to decreased energy production and lactic acid buildup in the muscles. Anemia can be influenced by several factors, one of which is due to nutritional deficiencies caused by diet programs. Diet refers to the way food is obtained, the type of food eaten, or how often a person eats. Anemia can also interfere with growth where height and weight become imperfect. In addition, the body's resistance will decrease so that it is susceptible to disease. Anemia in adolescents can have an impact on decreasing work productivity or academic ability at school due to the absence of passion for learning and concentration. This study used a pre-expriemental design type one group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study was adolescent girls in Beuringen Village, Meurah District, Two Pidie Jaya Districts. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The type of instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The population in this study was adolescent girls in Beuringen village, Meurah Dua District, Pidie Jaya Regency.The number of Sempel taken was 20 young women. The difference in counseling on anemia knowledge before and after most respondents increased from an average score of 2.00 to 1.00. From these results, it can be concluded that there are positive results from the counseling process carried out
