PENATALAKSANAAN FARMAKOLOGI GASTRITIS DIRUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH MEURAXA

Abstract

Abstract: Gastritis is an inflammatory process in the mucous and submucous of the stomach or ahealth disorder caused by irritation and gastric infections. Gastritis is one of the most commonhealth problems of the digestive tract. About 10% of people come to the emergency department. On physical examination tenderness a negative muscular defans in the epigastric region are found.This leads doctors to a diagnosis of gastritis, which ensures that additional investigations such asendoscopy are required. The type of research used is cross sectional method. Data were collectedusing medical record data. The subjects were 13 patients with gastritis at Meuraxa Banda Aceh Regional General Hospital. of the study were 13 samples, using the PPI were 8 patients, while H2Bloker was 8 patients, and the antacids were 5 patients. From the results of research that has been implemented 13 patients with gastritis disease. Patients using PPIs were 8 patients, and patients taking H2Bloker accounted for 8 patients, while Antacids numbered 5. Antacids were an additional drug given to patients with gastritis
