FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEAKTIFAN KADER POSYANDU DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS BAITUSSALAM KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR

Abstract

Abstract: Percentage of Posyandu in Aceh Besar District in 2015, namely Posyandu Pratama 6 (1%),
Posyandu Madya 243 (37%), Posyandu Purnama 370 (56%), Posyandu Mandiri 36 (5%), and the number
of Posyandu 655 units and the percentage of Posyandu active is 62%. Meanwhile, in 2016, with a total of
604 villages/kelurahan, the Pratama Posyandu was 7 units, Madya Posyandu 211, Purnama Posyandu 386,
Mandiri Posyandu 53 units, with a total of 657 Posyandu units in Aceh Besar. While the number of
Posyandu in Baitussalam District is 19 Posyandu, of which 1 Pratama Posyandu, 16 Madya Posyandu and
2 Purnama Posyandu. The number of Posyandu cadres in Aceh Besar in 2016 was 848 Posyandu cadres,
and in Baitussalam District there were 88 cadres. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors
that influence the activity of posyandu cadres in the Work Area of the Baitussalam District Health Center,
Aceh Besar District in 2018. The research design is analytic through a cross sectional approach, the study
was carried out on April 3 to 7 2018. The population in this study are all Posyandu cadres in 13 villages
with 19 Posyandu in the working area of the Baitussalam Health Center with a total of 102 cadres, with the
Proportional Sampling technique sampling technique, totaling 50 people. The results showed that there
was an influence of knowledge (p = 0.005), motivation (p = 0.011) and appreciation (p = 0.006) on the
activity of posyandu cadres in the Work Area of the Baitussalam District Health Center, Aceh Besar
District. It is hoped that this research can provide significant information in puskesmas to conduct
guidance and approach to cadres so that cadres are motivated in carrying out their duties as cadres.
