Pelaksanaan Fungsi Manajemen Puskesmas Terhadap Pencapaian Universal Child Immunization (UCI)

Abstract

Universal Child Immunization (UCI) is a condition in which complete basic immunization for all ( 9-12 months) babies can be achieved. The coverage of UCI at MeureboPuskesmas, was 71,43 % which was under the government target of 80 %.  The objective of the research was to know and explain to the implementation of the function of management target can be achieved Universal Child Immunization (UCI) at Meurebo Puskesmas, Meurebo Subdistrict, West Aceh District in 2018. The  research used qualitative method at Meurebo Puskesmas on 25 January – 5 February 2018. There were nine informants that consisted of one Head of Puskesmas, one Responsible program, one Implementer program, two Cadre, and mothers who had babies (9-12 months) informant taken by using porpusive. The result of the research showed that, as a whole, the implementation of the function of manajement at Meurebo Puskesmas target can be achieved Universal Child Immunization (UCI) is good. So from performance of Planning (P1), Implementation (P2),  and Suvervision, Control, and Assessment (P3). The problem is people’s won’t to bring the child to Posyandu because many factors. The concluded that the implementation of the management function at the meurebo puskesmas has been running optimally. But people’s are reluctant to participate in immunization activities. It is expected that the village officials to impose sanctions aren’t allowed to enter the kindergarten when they don’t have a complete certificate immunization.
