Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Tugas Kesehatan Keluarga Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Perkembangan Balita di Gampong Gue

Abstract

The ability of families in the five-year life (toddlers) has a strong influence on the growth and development of children during the first five years of life is the golden period (golden age), window of opportunity (window of opportunity) and critical period (critical period). In this period, toddlers must get enough nutrients for their growth so that lack of nutrition, poor nutrition and even stunting (short) does not occur. Likewise in terms of development, ability, creativity, social awareness, emotional and intelligence run very fast, moral development and basics also occur at this time. The aim of the study was to determine the development of family health activities on the growth and development of children under five in GampongGue, KutaBaro District, AcehBesar District. The method used is an experiment with a design not equivalent to the control group design. Retrieval of respondents using purposive sampling technique with a total of 30 respondents in the intervention group and 30 respondents in the control group. Data analysis used was paired t-test and independent t-test. The results of the study were the average growth and development of children under and before treatment 23.70 with the results of paired t-test obtained p value 0.000 (α = 0.05). In addition, there were also data that developed and grew by 19.37 and the intervention group was 23.70 after tax with a t-test obtained p value of 0.000 (α = 0.05). growth and development of toddlers in GampongGue, KutaBaro District, Aceh Besar District. Families that can be used with direct support and consultation in monitoring and service growth and development in accordance with the advice of health workers.
