Abstract

Abstract: This Covid-19 pandemic has given rise to various problems that occur in society, for
example it is difficult for us to be able to carry out activities outside the home and many residents
have been laid off, children can not go to school and others. On the one hand the government must
deal with this problem with wisely, by issuing various rules that must be obeyed by the community,
so that the obstacles experienced in the field can be overcome properly and correctly. This
community service in Gampong Manyet Lamsayeun aims to increase family resilience during the
Covid-19 period. The method used is to provide counseling from house to house and discussion
about family resilience issues. From the implementation of this service activity, very satisfying
results were obtained, where the community became more aware of the role of each family member.
Each family works hand in hand always trying to be open to each other, respect each other and
make decisions based on the agreement of all family members. The village head and community
leaders also have an important role to play in the formation of a harmonious family and it will be
easy to realize a just and prosperous society. From this service it can be concluded that, maintaining
family resilience is the most important thing, village heads and community leaders have a big
enough contribution to create a prosperous family, especially during the current pandemic.
