Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Struktur Kepemilikan Manejerial dan Kepemilikan Institusional Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Sektor Bank Yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2014-2018

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, management ownership structure and institutional ownership on the value of the company in the bank sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. The population in this study were 42 bank sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of company financial statement data that has been published through the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique, amounting to 6 companies. Analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a negative effect on firm value, managerial ownership has a positive effect on firm value and institutional ownership has a negative effect on firm value.
