Abstract


This research aims to describe and disclose the implementation of SAP to improve Good Corporate Governance at PT. Solusi Semen Andalas, Tbk. This qualitative research uses both primary data, obtained from observations and interviews, and secondary supporting data. This study finds that the use of SAP can enhance data management and improve data accuracy. Therefore, the use of SAP helps the company to become more effective and efficient since the reports produced and provided for each department become real time, integrated, and secured.
