Kontribusi Pendapatan Buruh Harian Lepas (BHL) PT Socfindo Perkebunan Seumayam Terhadap Pendapatan Rumah Tangga Buruh di Kecamatan Darul Kamal Kabupaten Nagan Raya

Abstract

PT. Socfindo seumayam plantation is an oil palm plantation company located in Darul Makmur District, Nagan Raya Regency.The existence of the company is very important as a livelihood for the community around the plantation because most of the people work as Freelance Day Laborers (BHL) at the company, thereby increasing the contribution of their household income. This study aims to describe the source and amount of household income of freelance day laborers, find out the amount of contribution of daily freelance daily laborer income to their household and find out the amount of contribution of wholesale freelance day laborer income to their household at PT. Socfindo Perkebunan Seumayam, Darul Makmur District, Nagan Raya Regency. This study used the survey method. The sampling technique used in this study is a stratified random sampling method. The sample used was 32 people. Data collection techniques are by means of observation and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the contribution of wholesale freelance day laborer income to their household income is 57.74% with an average income of Rp.1,391,635., while the contribution of daily freelance laborer income to their household income is 46.85% with an average income of Rp.1,530,735..
