Pertumbuhan Varietas Padi Lokal Sigupai Pada Lahan Sawah

Abstract


Rice (Oriza Sativa L.) is an important commodity and ranks first in Indonesia. The rice of the local variety Sigupai has many advantages, namely bent-shaped rice grains such as the crescent moon, delicious rice taste and aromatic pandanus fragrant. This research was conducted in Iee Mameh Village, Kuala Batee Subdistrict, Southwest Aceh Regency, which took place in February - September 2016. The experimental design used was Randomized Block Design (RBD) with three replications and 2 technological package combinations: Package A = fertilizer dose recommendation (250 kg Urea / ha + 100 kg SP-36 / ha + 100 kg KCl / ha) and package B = according to farmers (300 kg ZA / ha + 250 kg NPK poska / ha). The parameters observed were plant height, tillers, panicle number in one clump, number of pithy grain per panicle, number of empty grains per panicle, dry grain weight in 1000 grains and dry grain yield. Harvesting 10 m = (6 x 0.25 m) x 8 m = 12 m2 = 256 clumps. The results showed that local varieties resembled responses to recommended dosage fertilizers for yield components. Sigupai's local variety production reached 4.95 tons / ha, close to the VUB results outside Sigupai's activity location which averaged 5.8 tons / ha
