Analisis Finansial Pemberian Ekstrak Wortel Kedalam Air Minum Pada Usaha Ayam Broiler

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the use of carrot extract in drinking water and to be an alternative supplement in broiler chickens. the research used is broiler chicken as much as 96 tail 1 day old (DOC) which divided into 4 (four) treatment and 4 replication. The treatment of carrot extract was as follows: W0 = drinking water without the addition of carrot extract (control), W1 = carrot extract 3 ml / 1 liter water, W2 = carrot extract 6 ml / 1 liter drinking water, W3 = carrot extract 9 ml / 1 liter drinking water. Parameters measured include: production cost, income over feed cost and business feasibility analysis. The results showed that the highest production cost of carrot extract was found in the treatment of W3 yatu of 28,175, and the lowest was in the W0 control treatment of 27,554. The income earned from the broiler business in this research is derived from the sale of broiler chicken based on the living weight of broiler chicken selling price of Rp 16.000 / kg. Income Over Feed Cost obtained on W1 is higher than the control treatment. The highest profit obtained from the broiler sale value after reduced feed costs is found in the treatment of W1 of 26.834 / ekor. Feasibility of business based on value of B / C ratio and RC ratio at each treatment Giving Carrot Extract showed value obtained bigger than 0 and 1. conclusion showed that addition of 3 ml / liter carrot extract in drinking water broiler profitable and feasible cultivated.
