PENGARUH FAKTOR PERAN PETUGAS DENGAN RENDAHNYA KEHADIRAN REMAJA KE POSYANDU REMAJA DI DESA MIRUEK TAMAN DARUSSALAM KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR

Abstract

Health problems in adolescents, of course, require comprehensive and integrated handling involving all elements. The Ministry of Health has developed Adolescent Care Health Services (PKPR) at Puskesmas with comprehensive services for adolescent health including IEC, counseling, coaching peer counselors, clinical/medical services and referrals including community empowerment. Posyandu as a form of community participation in health services is required to be more responsive and effective in overcoming various public health problems. This study aims to determine the factors of the role of officers with low attendance of adolescents to the youth posyandu in Miruek Taman Darussalam village. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional study design. Data collection was carried out on August 13 to 20, 2023. The population in this study were all adolescents in Miruek Taman Darussalam Village in 2023, totaling 115 people, the sample used purposive sampling technique which amounted to 46 people. Data collection using primary data. Analysis using chi square test, univariate and bivariate analysis techniques.The results showed that there was an influence of the role of officers (P value = 0.000: OR = 30) on adolescent posyandu visits.It is expected that families who have adolescents to be able to continue to provide support to adolescents to want to check into posyandu regularly, to monitor their health.
