TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN IBU TERHADAP KELUARGA BERENCANA DI DESA LAMPOEH KEUDE ACEH BESAR

Abstract

Abstract: The high rate of population growth and the lack of balanced distribution and age structure of the
population is still a major problem facing developing countries including Indonesia. According to the
Ministry of Health in 2014, the problem in Indonesia is the relatively high rate of population growth. The
population estimate of mid-2013 is 248.8 million with population growth rate of 1.48%. The birth rate
remains high this is the main cause of the population explosion. Hitting the population by promoting family
planning programs (KB). Family Planning Program is designed in the framework of government efforts to
build a quality Indonesian human being. Through a more valuable program of demographic and
population control. Aim this study is to see the level of knowledge of mother to family planning in Lampoeh
Keude Village. This research was conducted in Desa Lampoeh Keude by using descriptive method and
using measuring instrument in the form of questionnaires distributed to 70 respondents. the study obtained
respondents aged 18-23 years (8.57%), 24-28 years (14.28%), 29 - 33 years (12.85%) and 34 - 40 years
(64.28%). Higher education respondents (51.43%) and colleges (48.57%). Respondents working (54.3%)
and non-working (45.7%). Respondents were 1 - 2 parity (41.42%) and> 2 (58.57%). Good respondents
knowledge level (16.28%) and not good (77.2%). Conclusion. Maternal knowledge level to family planning
in Desa Lampoeh Keude with low level knowledge category (77.2%).
