Abstract

Abstract: Cervikal cancer is the second most common cancer after breast cancer, this disease has occupied
the first sequence of causes of female deaths. Based in data obtained from the regional general hospital dr
Zainoel Abidin 2014-2017 years cervical cancer patients as many as 562 people.Research Purposes to
know the factor factor associated with the incidence of cervical cancer in poly obstetrics general hospital
area dr zaionel abidin government aceh year 2018. Research methods This research is analytic with criss
sectional approach with sampling technique by accidental sampling with sample number 29 woman with
cervical cancer. The time of this study was conducted on 11 May to 2 July 2018 at the regional general
hospital dr Zainoel Abidin goverment Aceh. Research Result Using chis quare test it is known that there is
a relationship between age of first sexual intercouse (P= 0,001), smoke (P=0,006), parity (P= 0,010),
economic status (P= 0,045) and history of sexually trasmitted disease(P=0,020) with the incidence of
cervical cancer. Conclusion there is a relatuinship between age of first sexual intercouse, smoke, parity,
economic status and history of sexually trasmitted disease with the incidence of cervical cancer. Is
expected for health workers to improve health services and provide information to the public, especially
women about the importance of early detection of cervical cancer..
