FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEHAMILAN TIDAK DI RENCANAKAN PADA AKSEPTOR KB WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KUTABARO KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR

Abstract

Abstract: An unplanned pregnancy risk associated with the increase in mortality rate and pain mother. Woman acceptors family
planning in general use contraceptives to delay pregnancy. In quality, there is still a failure in the use of contraceptive suffered by
the acceptors. Main from a failure due to family planning is to be able to causing the occurrence of an unplanned pregnancy. The
purpose of this research is to know whether the factors that is associated with pregnancy not planned at acceptors family
planning in the work area of public health centers Kuta Baro the district of Aceh Besar. The kind of research can be done is
including on the instrument types of observational analytic with were cross sectional study. The population of the research is all
people family planning in 2018 totaling 219 people, while sample in this research is one acceptors of family planning that
represent a population that were 69 people.The study is done on the 2-21 April 2018. The research results show that of 69
respondents, the majority of respondents became pregnant unpremeditated as many as 27 people were (39,1%), mother age non
resti as many as 37 people (53,6%), mother the parity of a multiparous mammal as many as 48 people (69,6%), mother who is
having low economic deploy as many as 45 (65,2%), mother who is having distances pregnancy near as many as 44 people
(63,8%).While based on the results of the stastistik age relations with pregnancy unpremeditated obtained p-value = 0,001, test
results stastistik relations of parity with pregnancy unpremeditated p-value = 0,001, the results of the economic status stastistik
relations with pregnancy unpremeditated p-value = 0,005, and results of the test stastistik relations distance pregnancy by
pregnancy does not planned obtained p-value = 0,011. Based on the research done it can be concluded that there was a
correlation age, of parity, economic status and the distance a pregnancy by pregnancy does not planned. Hence, it is expected
that to acceptors family planning to prevent the incidence of pregnancy does not planned as join the of family planning that
active.
