Hubungan health locus of control dengan Kepatuhan Asupan Cairan pada Penderita Gagal Ginjal Kronik yang Menjalani Hemodialisa di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh

Abstract

Restrictions liquid intake in patients who underwent kidney failure chronicle hemodialisa it is important to note. Patients who underwent hemodialisa needs to be done well. To know someone adhere to restrictions liquid intake and can use health locus is of control. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship health locus of control with liquid intake compliance in people with chronic kidney failure are undergoing hemodialisa.  This research kind of analytic correlation research by design cross sectional study.  Population in this study were those patients with kidney failure chronicle amounting to 164 people in the room dialysis. But this research is included in some patients with kidney failure chronicle the 62 people in the sample in accidental sampling techniques. This study was conducted in the district general hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh on the 1 – 7 April years 2021.  The research results show that from 35 respondents own internal health locus is low of control most of it that is 34 respondents (97,1%) not adherent to liquid intake. As for from 27 respondents own internal health locus is high of control most of it that is 20 respondents (74,1%) adherent to liquid intake. Then from 39 respondents own external health locus control low most of it that is 38 respondents (97,4%) not adherent to liquid intake and of 23 respondents own high external health lokus control most of it that is 20 respondents (87%) adherent to liquid intake. Based on the acquired stastistik p-value = 0,000 (p < 0.05) so there is internal affairs and external health locus is of control with liquid intake compliance in people with chronic kidney failure are undergoing hemodialisa. Respondents are hoped to especially patients of renal failure chronicle hemodialisa on liquid intake to improve compliance and health locus is of control for the better.
