Pengaruh Kesiapsiagaan Ibu Hamil dalam Menghadapi Bencana Gempa Bumi dan Tsunami Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lhoknga Kabupaten Aceh Besar Tahun 2019

Abstract

Building community preparedness living in earthquake-prone areas does not mean teaching people to reject or withstand the threat of earthquakes, but rather the community must increase their potential and preparedness in facing the threat of impending disasters. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the preparedness of pregnant women in the face of the earthquake and tsunami disaster in the Lhoknga Health Center in Aceh Besar Regency in 2019. This research is descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional study approach. The population in this study were all pregnant women who visited the Lhoknga Health Center in Aceh Besar Regency for the period of January to September 2019 totaling 535 people, with a total sample of 84 people. Sample collection technique is accidental sampling. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate, research has been carried out on 15 to 23 Oktober 2019. The results showed that there is a relationship between knowledge (p-value 0,041), attitude (p-value 0,022), mobilization of resources (p-value 0,020) and plans for emergencies (p-value 0,044) with preparedness of pregnant women in the face of earthquake disasters in the Lhoknga Health Center in Aceh Besar Regency in 2019.
